Rules to the Students

Special preference has been given to student's obedience and discipline. Every student must know success comes from discipline and character building is the ultimate aim of education.

• Every student get up exactly at 5 A.M and participate in prayer. Yogasana & Study
• Wearing of specific uniforms
• Maintenance of cleanliness & tidiness
• Light should be switched off at 10 P.M and after the prayer everyone should go to sleep
• Unnecessary shouting should be avoided silence must be maintained during prayer, study, food taking and at programmes
• Late coming to class or absence without permission is not permitted
• Students should bear the penalty if anything is spoiled by him/her
• Students are not allowed to go to other rooms except theirs.
• Letter correspondence of the students will be inspected
• Students must show due respect and obedience towards elder and teacher of the institution.

Special note for Parents :

• Frequent visit of parents is not entertained since a new student requires some time to adjust to the new environment
• Parents can meet the children on first Sunday of every month
• Parents can bring only fruits. We congratulate if it is available for all student's
• Parents are responsible to take their children home during Dasara and Summer Vacations.
• Children will be sent to Ganesh Festival & Deepawali if examination/test is not near.
• Parents must bring back the children on specific date. Otherwise would be finied Rs.100/- per day.
• It is better to inform us about child's misconduct/unhealhiness if any.
• Student progress report will be dispatched every month and also encourage students to write the same
• Unhealthy children will be trerated at the expense of the respective parents. Parents will be informed if condition is serious.
• At present there is no facility of staying/meals to parents please co-operate with us.
• We are not responsible if the student escape from the hostel.
• The institution is not responsible if anything unfortunately happened to the students.
• Parents must not provide their children money or any valuable things.
• Parents should bear the loss if anything spoiled.
• Parents can contact the officers in charge of the hostel through telephone if necessary.
• Parents are requested to behave respectfully with the teacher.
• The fees paid will not be returned if the student leaves hostel in the middle
• Hostel fees will be rectified after the midterm vacation if inevitable
• All rights are reserved with the management committee to change the rules
• Parents are requested to participate in meetings conducted and to give their valuable suggestion.
